1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The lessee must be 23 years of age and have regular personal documents: passport and driving license for at least 2 years. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle with all documents and equipment delivered to him at the agreed time and place. In case of overdue hours of 2 hours without notice, additional day rent is paid.
2.RATED PRICE FOR THE VEHICLE
The car rental price includes:
Unlimited mileage, Third Party Liability Insurance, Full Autocassette, Road Tax, Vignette, In-car Insurance. Payment is made when renting the car. Payment with credit and debit cards VISA, MASTER CARD. Upon receipt of the vehicle, DEPOSIT is paid 100 - 200 euro depending on the class of the vehicle.
3.FUEL
The rental price of the car does not include fuel. If the customer returns the vehicle with a fuel tank, when he has received the full tank, he has to pay the fuel cost to a full tank + EUR 10 penalty.
4.TAXES
Delivery and reception of the car: Bourgas Airport - 5 Euro, Varna Airport - 30 Euro, Sofia Airport - 70 Euro, Obzor, Sveti Vlas, Nessebar, Sozopol, Primorsko, Tsarevo - 10 Euro, Ravda, Aheloy, Pomorie, Chernomorets - 5 Euro .
5. INSURANCE
The cars of "VVS-OOD" have active "Civil liability", Autocasco, seat insurance. The rental car of the rented car does not cover damage to the car's running gear (tires, wheels, suspension) as well as the interior of the vehicle. If the client loses documents or keys on the rented car, he / she has to pay all possible emerging costs as a consequence. If the rented car is stolen, and the documents and / or keys of the rented vehicle are not the lessee, the latter carries full financial responsibility for the vehicle. In any road accident, whether the tenant is guilty or not, it must necessarily wait for the law enforcement authorities to obtain a crash report and immediately notify the lessor. If the tenant has driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol has caused damage to the vehicle, then he pays their value. In case of accidents caused by the tenant, his responsibility is enriched to the amount of the deposit, provided there is a protocol by the traffic police. In the absence of such a protocol the renter pays 100% damage to the vehicle.
6. ACCESSORIES
Children's chair from 9 to 18 kg. And from 9 to 36 kg. - 5 euros for the entire rental period. GPS navigation system "GARMIN" - 3 euros per day but no more than 30 euros for the whole rental period. Snow chains - 5 euros for the whole rental period.
7. ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Customers of "Air Force Ltd." can use a car with a driver, paying an additional EUR 15 for an 8-hour working day.
8.FRIGHTING FOR THE PROPOSALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA
The vehicles of "BBC" LTD can be driven abroad after a preliminary arrangement and an additional fee is paid.
9.TEXT FEES AND FINES
All fines and penalties obtained in case of non-observance of the traffic law in the Republic of Bulgaria during the rental period shall be paid by the tenant. In the case of an accident involving a rented car in which there is permanent disability or death of the driver or passengers in the vehicle, the landlord is not responsible.
